PERFORMANCE

High-energy, varied CrossFit workouts designed to build strength, stamina, and versatility. Our coached CrossFit classes run daily and are suitable for all levels, from your first workout to your next personal record.

ENDURANCE

Build endurance, resilience, and mental toughness with structured Hyrox-style conditioning. Our dedicated Hyrox programming prepares you for race day with supportive, coach-led sessions every Thursday and Saturday.

STRENGTH & BARBELL CLUB

Develop technique, power, and control with Olympic weightlifting and barbell-focused programming. Strength & Barbell Club runs Thursday evenings and is open to all skill levels looking to get stronger under the bar.

RUN CLUB

A free community run every Saturday morning at 7:30 AM. All paces welcome. No registration required.
