Use this form if you cannot use the app. Enter the email address on your Golden Hour Athletics account and we will send you a link to confirm the request.
Once you confirm, we close any active membership agreement with you and delete your account and personal data within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation when it is done. Billing, membership-agreement, and signed-waiver records are kept only as required by law.
Have the app? Profile → Account Security → Delete Account does the same thing with your password.
