Confirming starts the deletion process, including support for closing an active membership. Our policy calls for completing verified requests within 30 days, subject to retained records. Billing and payment history, membership agreements, signed waivers, and related record identities can remain under our retention policy. Provider records retained for justified security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory-compliance reasons need a confirmed finite expiry. See our Privacy Policy for details.
